Floyd Allbritton Benjamin Floyd Allbritton, 64, succumbed Tuesday afternoon at a Winnfield clinic after an attack of heart failure. He was brought to the clinic from his home on Route Two, Winnfield, Tuesday at noon and he died a few hours later at 3:45 o'clock. Funeral services will be held at the Beech Creek Cemetery between Winnfield and Olla Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The services were delayed awaiting the arrival of Mr. Allbritton's son, Pfc. J. C. Allbritton, from Camp Cooke, Calif. Rev. M. Thompson Doughty, Baptist pastor, from Rhinehart, La., will conduct the services. Mr. Allbritton was twice elected police jury member of Ward Two, serving from 1928 to 1936. Along with his occupation of farming, he served his community well in civic affairs. At the time of his death he was deacon of the Beech Creek Baptist Church, a member of the Masonic Lodge, Rochelle, and the Woodmen Lodge, Tullos. He is survived by his wife and young son, H. F. Allbritton, of Rt. 2, Winnfield, another son, Pfc. J. C. Allbritton, of Camp Cooke, Calif.; two daughters, Audie Allbritton of Baton Rouge and Mrs. J. W. Fleniken of New Orleans; three brothers, E. E. and E. M. Allbritton of Tullos; and Will Allbritton of Robeline; two sisters, Mrs. W. G. Calton of Baxter Springs, Kan., and Mrs. Perry Kees of Urania.
