Mother Of Mrs. A. M. Douglas Succumbs Monday

Mrs. Maggie E. Alexander, 93, of Minden, died Monday in a sanitarium located
there.  Her daughter, Mrs. A. M. Douglas, lives in Winnfield.

Funeral services for Mrs. Alexander were conducted Tuesday at the Gilgal
Baptist Church with the Rev. H. E. Kirkpatrick, pastor of the Minden Baptist
Church, officiating.  Burial followed in the Gilgal Cemetery.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Ida Cambell, Mrs. Jeff Kemp, Mrs. R. F.
Bishop, all of Minden; Mrs. A. M. Douglas of Winnfield, Mrs. S. W. Gandy of
Bossier city; two sons, Ardis Alexander of Dubberly and Craton Alexander of
Heflin, one sister, Mrs. Delia Jones of Rodessa.
