Henry Earl Allen

Services for Henry Earl Allen were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of
Southern Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Teal officiating.  Burial was in
Atlanta Cemetery, Atlanta.

Allen, 76, of Atlanta died at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, January 27, 1988, in Humana
Hospital Winn Parish.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby Gresham Allen of Atlanta; two sons, Floyd
Allen of Winnfield and Terry (Perry?) Allen of Atlanta; one daughter, Kristen
of Atlanta; two brothers, J. L. Allen of Winnfield and Marvin Allen of
Franklinton; four sisters, Doris Craft of Denton, Texas, Josie Porter of
Joyce, and Lois Smith of Winnfield and Annie Vee McMillan of Little Rock,
Arkansas; 11 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
