Funeral Services Held For Mrs. M. M. Allen

Funeral services for Mrs. M. M. (Bud) Allen, 44 years of age, who died
Wednesday night at her home, Winnfield, Route Two, following an illness of two
week's time caused by an infection in her hand, were held at Old Union
Thursday afternoon, November 2, at 3 o'clock.

Mrs. Allen was before her marriage to Mr. Allen twenty-seven years ago, Miss
Anna Wright.  Besides her husband she is survived by ten children: Mrs. George
Porter, I. C., Earl, Doris, Lazelle, Mack, Lois, Jamie, Marvin and Annie Lee,
all of Winnfield, Route Two, her mother of Ruston, one brother, Carl Wright,
and one sister, Mrs. John Long, of Winnfield, Route 2.
