Jamie Allen, 18, Killed in Action in France Feb. 22

Father W. M. "Bud" Allen Receives Message Wednesday

Jamie Allen, 18 year old son of W. M. "Bud" Allen was killed in action in
France on February 22, according to information from the War Department
received by his father here Wednesday.

Young Allen had been in the service seven months and had been overseas three
or four months.

He has another brother, Max Allen, who is serving in the South Pacific.
