Mrs. D. Allen

The funeral of Mrs. Doshia L. Allen, 80, of Winnfield was held at 2:30 p.m.
Sunday in the First Baptist Church of Winnfield with Dr. Calvin Phelps 
officiating.

Burial was in the Garden of Memories in Winnfield under the direction of
Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Mrs. Allen died Friday, January 26, 1979 in the Winnfield General Hospital.
She was a native of Winn Parish and a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son, John Allen, Jr., of Winnfield; two daughters, Mrs.
Louise Holliday of Houston, Texas and Mrs. Alice Price of Winnfield; seven
grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
