Funeral Services for Albert Anders Held at Midway

Funeral services for Albert Anders, age 72, who died at his home in the Walker
community Wednesday night, were held Thursday afternoon at Midway Baptist
Church with Rev. L. D. Emmons of Sikes and Rev. Harris of Homer officiating.

Mr. Anders had been in ill health several months before his death but was not
seriously ill until two or three weeks ago.  He was a devout member of the
Primitive Baptist Church and a highly respected citizen of the community where
he lived.

Surviving him are his wife, a sister, Mrs. M. Temple of Dodson, and a brother,
A. B. Anders of Dodson.
