Anders of Dodson Laid to Rest Wednesday A. B. "Uncle Adam" Anders, who died at the age of 78 years and eleven months at his home in Dodson last Wednesday was buried in the Transport Cemetery, Jackson Parish, with the Rev. Frank Stagg, pastor of the Dodson Baptist Church officiating. "Uncle Adam" who had been in ill health for several months suddenly became worse a few days before his death. He had been engaged in business for some time, afterwards turning to farming and other pursuits. He was a member of the Baptist faith and is survived by besides his widow, one sister, Mrs. M. Temple, three children, Mrs. ?. C. Moore, and Miss Villa Anders, all the latter of Dodson, and George Anders of Pineville, besides a host of other relatives. Pallbearers were R. E. Dear, A. L. Mixon, J. G. Smith, H. C. Weems, L. L. Lee, Albert Waller, J. G. Canterbury, and J. H. Gaar.
