Last Rites For James O. Anyan Held June 13th

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, in Southern Funeral Home
Chapel here for James O. Anyan, 80, retired mill worker.  Mr. Anyan died at
9:50 p.m. Saturday in a Jonesboro hospital.

The Rev. G. A. Connor officiated at the last rites.  Burial was in the Gorham 
Cemetery.

Mr. Anyan had been a resident of Louisiana 40 years.  Before his retirement
he was employed by Mansfield Lumber Company.

Survivors include one son, Arlan W. Anyan of India; one stepdaughter, Mrs.
Minnie Simpson of Bossier City; four grandchildren and one great grandson;
and a daughter in law, Mrs. Pearl Anyan, of Joyce.
