Funeral Services For T. E. Allen

Funeral services for T. E. Allen, member of a prominent family of Dodson, were
held at the Dodson Baptist Church, Friday morning, March 22, 1935, with Rev.
Frank Stagg, pastor in charge, assisted by Rev. B. C. Land of Winnfield and
Rev. Kitchingham of Gansville.  Interment was in the Zion Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Allen was a member of the Baptist Church.  He is survived by his widow,
his mother, Mrs. Alexander Allen, Dodson; four brothers, Neil Allen, Dodson,
Arch and Will Allen, Jonesville, and Clayton Allen, Franklin Parish; three
sisters, Mrs. R. E. Waller, Mrs. F. D. Walker, Dodson, and Mrs. J. A. Jordan,
Pineville.

Pallbearers were L. J. Stovall, B. F. Temple, C. L. Shell, J. H. Barr, R. F.
Stovall, and R. W. Waller.
