All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** From: January 5, 1967 Winn Parish Enterprise News-American Ted Andrews Dies Tues.; Final Rites In Ruston Ted Andrews, native of Lincoln Parish, who owned and operated Central Louisiana Hardware on East Court Street, Winnfield, for 11 years, before it was destroyed by fire in 1965, died in a Winnfield hospital Tuesday at the age of 59. He had been in ill health for a number of years. Mr. Andrews had been a resident of Winnfield since 1947. He was a Baptist. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 1967 in Southern Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. C. S. Cadwallader and Dr. W. L. Holcomb officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery in Ruston. Survivors are his widow of Winnfield; one brother, Bill Andrews of Ruston; two sisters, Mrs. Courtney Reed and Mrs. Mike Wells, both of Ruston. Acting as pallbearers were Mr. Simmons of Shreveport, Mike Reed of Ruston, John Glynn Jackson, M. T. Crowe, Marlin Collins, and Richard Heard.
