Last Rites For Mrs. Alice Brady At Mars Hill

Mrs. Alice Brady, 79, died at her home in the Wheeling Community at 8 a.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 15.  Funeral services were conducted at the United Pentecostal
Church in Montgomery at 2 p.m. Nov. 16 with the pastor officiating.  Burial
was in the Mars Hill Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Mrs. Brady is survived by two sons, Lee Brady of Pineville and George Brady of
Montgomgery; five daughters, Mrs. Gladys Fortner and Mrs. O. K. Tilton of
Montgomery, Mrs. M. J. Jowers of Dry Prong, Mrs. Bessie Lawson of Tioga, and
Mrs. C. C. Lawson of Chatham.  She also leaves 20 grandchildren and 17 great
grandchildren.
