Mrs. A. Baker, 80, Dies; Funeral Rites Held Fri.

Mrs. Adele Plunkett Baker, 80, of Tullos, died Thursday, October 8, 1970, in
Urania following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. in the Winnfield Methodist Church with
the Rev. Elmer Malone and Coda Salter officiating.  Burial was in the
Winnfield Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, Leo Baker of Tullos and Milburn Baker of Lake
Charles; two daughters, Mrs. Sylvia Riley and Mrs. Margarette Barry, both of
Quitman, Miss.; one brother, Paul Plunkett of Atlanta, and one sister, Mrs.
Nena Plunkett Davies of Winnfield; eight grandchildren and three great
grandchildren.
