Baggett, 77, died at the family residence at Leesville at 9 o'clock Friday morning, September 19, after an extended illness. She had been in ill health for a number of years and had been an invalid for several months before her death. Funeral services were held at Castor Church at 10 o'clock Friday morning with the Rev. J. W. Faulk, pastor of the First Methodist Church of Leesville, officiating. Interment was in the Castor Cemetery. The deceased is survived by her husband, W. R. Baggett; three sons, W. F. and T. P. Baggett of Beaumont, Texas, and Rev. A. H. Baggett of Campti; three daughters, Mrs. C. E. Harris of Tenaha, Texas, Mrs. R. B. Perkins of Pleasant Hill, and Mrs. Joe L. Carlock of Leesville. Rev. A. H. Baggett is pastor of the Methodist Church at Atlanta.
