E. H. Bailey, Former Winnfield Citizen, Dies In Pineville

E. H. Bailey, building contractor, died at his home in Pineville Tuesday
afternoon and funeral services were held form the Pineville Baptist Church
Wednesday afternoon with interment in the Greenwood Memorial Park.

Mr. Bailey with his family lived in Winnfield many years prior to moving to
Pineville a few years ago. He had been engaged in the building contracting
business for the past ten years or more. He was a member of the Masonic
fraternity, membership with the Eastern Star Lodge No. 151, F. & A. M.

He is survived by his wife, two children, Ruth Mattie Bailey and Hixson
Bailey, of Pineville; one brother, Estes E. Bailey, Ball, La.; four sisters,
Mrs. J. B. Truly and Mrs. A. B. Burns, Pineville; Mrs. R. A. Russell,
Jonesboro, La., and Mrs. R. C. Rhodes, Covington, La.
