Banks M. A. Banks, aged 62 years, 10 months, and 24 days, residing just outside the city limits of Winnfield, died Saturday morning January 26, 1918, at his home, having been sick about two weeks with pneumonia. Interment took place in the Winnfield cemetery Sunday, many of the relatives and friends of the deceased attending the burial services. Mr. Banks was a native of Winn Parish, having been a citizen of the same all his life. He was married 28 years ago to Mrs. Tennie Smith. He leaves a wife and two children, Milton Banks, of this place, and T. E. Banks, of Woodworth, La., the latter having been called home several days ago because of the serious illness of his father. The Winnfield Times extends its sympathy to the bereaved family and relatives.
