Clarence Barker

Services for Clarence Barker were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of
Southern with the Revs. Louis Moffett and Bill Wagoner officiating.  Burial
was in Garden of Memories.

Barker, 86, of Winnfield died at 9:45 p.m. Sunday, January 8, 1989, in West
Monroe Guest House, West Monroe.  He was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, Audrey Barker of Winnfield; two sons, Lewis M.
Barker of Monroe and Bobby Barker of West Monroe; one daughter, Jean Underwood
of Prairieville; one brother, Arthur Barker of Longview, Texas; one sister,
Callie Goodson of Smackover, Arkansas; eight grandchildren and six great
grandchildren.
