Sister Of Local Residents Dies In Winnsboro

Mrs. R. L. Barton of Mangham, a former resident of Winnfield, died December 8
in a Winnsboro hospital following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services were held in Cavalry Baptist Church in Mangham with burial in
the church cemetery.

She is survived by six children and a number of grandchildren and great
grandchildren; two brothers, Murphy Foster of Winnfield and Tom Foster of
Colfax; and four sisters, including Mrs. Jim Lasyone of Winnfield.
