Ernest L. Bazar Dies; Rites At Mars Hill

Funeral services for Ernest L. Bazar, 73, of Montgomery, were held at 2 p.m.
Tuesday in Mars Hill Baptist Church with the Revs. Roy Moore, Tom Smith, and
Vern Fletcher officiating.

Burial was in Mars Hill Cemetery under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home
of Jonesboro.

Mr. Bazar died Monday, September 29, 1975 in an Alexandria hospital after a
lengthy illness.

Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Ida Wiggins of Alexandria, Mrs. Ophelia
McIlwain of Jena, Miss Lucy C. Bazar and Miss Bessie Bazar, both of
Montgomery.
