Last Rites Held For W. W. Bazar At Sardis Nov. 25

Funeral services for William Watson Bazar, 77, of Winnfield, were held at the
Laurel Heights Baptist Church Friday, November 25.  The Rev. C. C. Martin and
the Rev. E. B. Barton officiated and burial was in the Sardis Cemetery
under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Mr. Bazar died on November 23 in a Shreveport hospital after a long illness. 
He was a retired farmer and had been active in church affairs.

Survivors include one brother, Ellis Bazar of Winnfield; four sisters, Miss
Seba Bazar of Winnfield; Mrs. Lola Lashley and Mrs. Laura Lashley, both of
Verda; and Mrs. Bell King of Monroe.
