Last Rites For J. W. Beal Held At Sanders Church

Funeral services for John Wesley Beal, 58, of the Sanders community near
Calvin, were held January 11 at the Sanders Church.  Mr. Beal, who had been in
ill health for the past four years, died at his home January 10, 1946.  Burial
was under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

A native of Winn Parish, Mr. Beal was a member of the Sanders Methodist
Church.

Surviving are his wife; three sons, Jeff W., Pineville; Feary P., U. S. Navy;
A. P., Calvin; three daughters, Miss Emily of Calvin; Mrs. D. Smith,
Alexandria; Miss Maurine, Pineville, La.
