Mrs. Berry, 75, Dies; Rites to Be Thursday

Funeral Services for Mrs. Mamie M. Berry, 75, of Winnfield, will be held at 10
a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home here with Rev. Charles
Haley officiating assisted by Rev. Calvin Phelps. Burial will be in Garden of
Memories Cemetery.

Mrs. Berry died at noon Tuesday, March 2, 1976 in a local hospital.

A native of Natchitoches Parish, Mrs. Berry was a member of the First Baptist
Church.

Survivors include her husband, Guy Berry of Winnfield, one son, James L. Ford
of Brownwood, Tex., one daughter, Mrs. Tolar Greer of Jonesboro, one brother,
L. H. Martin of Amite, one sister, Mrs. Christine Tracey of Winnfield, two
grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
