Roscoe R. Bice

Services for Roscoe R. Bice were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of
Southern with Dr. Calvin Phelps and the Rev. Tom Fitzgerald officiating. 
Burial was in Winnfield City Cemetery.

Bice, 82, of Winnfield, died at 6:45 p.m. Sunday, September 28, 1986 in
Arcadia Manor Nursing Home, Arcadia.

He was employed by L. & A. Rairoad and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church
and the Winn Parish Hunting and Fishing Club.

Bice served as Winn Parish police juror from 1968-1972 and he was owner of
Bice's Coffee Shop from 1950-1966.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby Bice of Winnfield; one son, Charles B. Bice
of Winnfield; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
