Mrs. C. Biggs, 78, of Dodson Succumbs

Funeral services for Mrs. Claude C. Biggs, 78, of Dodson, were held at 10:30
a.m. Tuesday at Dodson Methodist Church with the Rev. Tommy Lawson
officiating.

Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield under the direction
of Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro.

Mrs. Biggs died Sunday, August 7, 1977 at a local nursing home in Winnfield
after a lengthy illness.

Survivors include a son, G. H. Biggs, Jr., of Clinton, Miss.; a daughter, Mrs.
Mary Jean Gary of Pearl, Miss.; three sisters, Mrs. Virginia Poole of
Winnfield, Mrs. Thelma Wilkins and Mrs. Juanita Thomas, both of Dodson; six
grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
