H. Biggs, 69, of Dodson, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 14, in Dodson Methodist Church with the Rev. J. C. Rousseaux and Dr. C. S. Cadwallader officiating. Burial was in Garden of Memories Cemetery of Winnfield. Survivors include his widow; one son, G. H. Biggs, Jr., of Clinton, Miss.; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Jean Gary of Dodson; one sister, Mrs. Roger Trantham of Wilmer, Ark.; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Out of town friends attending last rites were Mrs. Paul Williamson, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lenning, all of Ruston; H. P. Dixon of Shreveport; B. R. Swartz and daughter, Susan, Mrs. Lee Ola Swartz of Houston, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Bell of West Monroe; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Temple, Baytown, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Johnson of Jonesboro; and Johnny Stevens and sister of Natchez, Miss. Relatives attending were Edgar Wilkins, Jr., Joan and Patricia Wilkins of Natchez, Miss.; Thomas R. Poole and O. O. Nash of Baton Rouge; Mr. and Mrs. Elton Nash of Winnfield; Mr. and Mrs. Dale Gentry, Irie, and Nancy of New Orleans; Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Biggs, Jr., and Debbie Clinton, Miss.
