Mrs. Blake, 83, Dies; Rites At Yankee Springs

Mrs. Mattie A. Blake, 83, of Calvin, died Sunday, January 4, 1976 at 6:45 p.m.
in a local hospital.

Survivors include two sons, Earl Blake of Coushatta and C. S. Blake of Calvin;
one daughter, Mrs. Harvel McAdams of Monroe; one brother, Joe Burnum of
Jonesboro; 14 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Yankee Springs Baptist Church with
Rev. Donald Turner officiating.  Burial was in the church cemetery under the
direction of Southern, Winnfield.
