Winn Parish Native Dies In Winnsboro

Mrs. Maude Stroud Blake, 78, of Winnsboro, died Saturday, April 16, 1977 in
a Winnsboro hospital.

She was a native of Winn Parish and a member of the First Presbyterian Church
in Winnfield.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Southern Funeral Home Chapel with the
Rev. Robert Gage officiating.  Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery near
Montgomery.

Surviving are one brother, Lonnie Stroud of Montgomery; one sister, Mrs. Helen
Stanfield of Baton Rouge; and several nieces and nephews.
