Mrs. M. Blake Dies Of Sudden Illness

Funeral services for Mrs. Mattie W. Blake, 83, of Goldonna, were held at 2:30
p.m. Tuesday at Yankee Springs Baptist Church with the Revs. W. L. Fussell and
Charles Martin officiating.

Burial was in the church cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home
of Jonesboro.

Mrs. Blake died Monday, February 28, 1977 at her residence in Goldonna after
a sudden illness.

Survivors include one son, Robert Blake of Jonesboro; one brother, Frank
Williams of Grapevine, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Mertie Blake of Goldonna; nine
grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
