      William "Billy" Bland 
      (October 6, 1931 - December 17, 2005) 
      Mr. William Herman "Billy" Bland, age 75, of Joyce, La., passed away 
      Saturday, December 17, 2005, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in 
      Alexandria, La. 
      He was the son of the late Jessie Bland and the late Flora (Russell) 
      Bland. He was also preceded in death by his son, Jessie Jackson Bland, two 
      sisters and his brother. 
      He is survived by his wife Jerrie (Thompson) Bland of Joyce, La.; 
      One Daughter, Debra (Bland) Hayes of Joyce, La. 
      Three Step-Daughters Theresa Roshto of Verda, La. Sharon Cannady of 
      Marksville, La. Leona Tyler of Joyce, La. 
      Two Sons, Herman Bland of Ruston, La. Richard DeWayne Bland of Winnfield, 
      La. 
      One Step-Son Bill Hagan of Joyce, La. 
      One Brother, Lee Bland and wife Sylvia of Winnfield, La. 
      Eight grandchildren Six great-grandchildren 
      Services are under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield, 
      La., where the family will receive friends from Noon to 2:00 PM Monday, 
      December 19, 2005. Graveside services will be held at Gayla-Traina Cemeter 
      at 2:30 PM Monday, December 19, 2005 , with Rev. Ted Sharbono officiating.
