Sister of Calvin Resident Dies In Washington

Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Blewer, 75, were held Saturday in Carolina
Baptist Church near Saline with the Rev. Malcolm Self officiating.  Burial
was in Carolina Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Mrs. Blewer died Wednesday October 19, 1966, in Washington, after a lengthy
illness.  She was a native of Saline.

Survivors include two sons, Bruce Blewer of Chatham and George Blewer of
Tuyallup, Wash.; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Vitullo, Baines, Wash., and Mrs.
Gretchen Miklovich of Tuyallup, Wash.; five sisters, Mrs. Olivia Blewer of
Saline, Mrs. Eula Martin of Friendship, Mrs. Jessie Martin and Mrs. Lena
Ussery of Saline and Mrs. Lela Weeks of Calvin; nine grandchildren and five
great grandchildren.
