S. Boles at Murray Junction and carried their mother, Mrs. Josephine Boles, the wife of the late T. A. Boles, Sr., aged sixty-nine years, nine months and twenty-two days, away. We don't know just why this has to happen, but then we remember the two great promises that were ver made to mankind. Promises that were made by One who is not only capable of fulfilling, but will fulfill to the fullest extent. Come unto me all that are weary and heavily laden and I will give you rest. Rest from the trials and heartaches of this world, never to be borne or remembered again. I go to prepare a place for you that where I am there Ye may also be. Will not only give you rest but a place where you may abide, not alone, but with the One that gave these unto us. Mrs. Boles left a message of great cheer and comfort to her relatives and friends long before she departed, she said she was going to go away, going to see and stay with her Jesus. No greater message could have been left by her to her relatives, composed of seven children, A. H. Boles, Crowille; C. L. Boles, Sikes; H. S. Boles, Winnfield; T. A. Boles, Quitman; Mrs. W. G. McCarty, Sikes; Mrs. T. F. Adams, Sikes; Mrs. G. M. Womack, Quitman; forty-one grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Also, a great host of friends. In their hour of grief the families surviving want to thank their many friends who stood by them so loyally, also, Dr. S. M. Brian, who worked so faithfully. Burial was at Hurricane Grove Cemetery near Sikes under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home. Contributed.
