Mrs. Bonds, 85, Succumbs; Rites Friday

Mrs. Ruth Christine Bonds, 85, of Winnfield died at 5 a.m. Wednesday, February 
18, 1976 in a hospital here.

Survivors include her husband, Rufus Bonds of Winnfield; one daughter, Mrs. 
Lois B. Nugent of Shreveport; one son, Earl G. Bonds of Shreveport; one sister, 
Mrs. Cora Wester of Provencal; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Services were held at 10:30 Friday in First Baptist Church with Rev. Calvin 
Phelps officiating.  Burial was in Memory Lawn Cemetery, Natchitoches, undere 
direction of Hixson Bros., Winnfield.
