Joseph Bordelon, 65, Succumbs, Burial At Mt. Zion

Joseph O. Bordelon, 65, of Montgomery, died Tuesday, January 14, after a short
illness.  Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the First
Baptist Church in Montgomery with the Rev. Pillsbury officiating.  Burial was
in the Mt. Zion Cemetery near Montgomery under the direction of the
Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield.

Survivors include his widow; one son, James Bordelon of Montgomery; one
daughter, Mrs. Betty Jo Williams of Montgomery; three sisters; three brothers,
Louis Bordelon of Bartow, Ross of Simmesport, and Robert of Moreauville; and
seven grandchildren.
