Final Rites For Wm. Archie Boyd Held On March 3

Final rites for William Archie Boyd, 67, who was found dead in his bed March
2, at his home on Rt. 2, Winnfield, were held at the Pleasant Hill Baptist
Church at 2 p.m. March 3, with the Rev. Jewel Canerday officiating.  Burial
was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

The deceased is survived by four brothers, J. D. Boyd of Clarks; Jesse,
Tommie, and Harvie Boyd of Ruston; and sister, Mrs. I. I. Burnette of Rt. 1,
Dodson.

Nephews of the deceased acted as pallbearers.
