W. Bradford, died in a Winnfield nursing home Tuesday following a long illness. She was a native of Tennessee, but had spent most of her lifetime in Winnfield. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Final rites were conducted at the Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield at 3 p.m. Wednesday, January 3, 1968, with the Rev. C. C. Martin, pastor of Laurel Heights Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Nina Thieme of Winnfield, and one son, Dewey L. Bradford of Oilton, Texas; two grandchildren, Mrs. Nina Mae Baden of Kileen, Texas and Frank Ledbetter of Atlanta, Georgia. She also leaves seven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Mrs. Bradford was the last of a family of seven sisters and one brother. Pallbearers were James Watts, S. L. Garrett, Jewel Nugent, Joe Watts, Ted Price, and Harper Terrill.
