Stab Wounds Fatal To Local Negro, Aunt Is Charged

Funeral services were held this week for Clinton Bradford, 20 year old colored
man of Winnfield, following his death from a stab wound.  His aunt, Merleen
Bradford, 32, of Jonesboro, is being held without bond on a murder charge,
according to the Jackson Parish Sheriff's Department.

The stabbing occurred about three miles west of Jonesboro.  Cause of the fight
was not known.
