On last Thursday night Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Huffman of this city received a telegram notifying them of the death of their son in law who died suddenly of acute indigestion. Mr. Bragg had been connected with the Mansfield Hardwood Lumber Co. for about fifteen years, during which time he resided in Winnfield ten years. He was always jolly and met his friends with a smile and was well liked by all who knew him. On March 3rd, he married Miss Lola Huffman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Huffman of this city. He is survived by his wife and stepmother, Mrs. Mollie Bragg, of Osceola, Ark.; two sisters, Mrs. C. E. Butler of Osceola, Ark., and Mrs. Ben Price of Birmingham, Ala.; three brothers, W. T. Bragg, Royal Oak, Mich.; C. E. Bragg, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; B. W. Bragg, Osceola, Ark. The funeral services were held at 3 o'clock Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Huffman this city conducted by Rev. R. K. Corder of the First Baptist Church. Interment took place in the Winnfield Cemetery with the Masons of Winnfield in charge. Out of town friends and relatives attending the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. A. Drew, Reader, Ark.; Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Johnson, Shreveport; Mr. and Mrs. B. W. Bragg, Osceola; Mrs. Ben Price, Birmingham; Mrs. C. E. Butler, Osceola; Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Hawk, El Dorado; Mrs. R. Crutchfield, El Dorado; Mrs. A. R. Lindsey, Little Rock; Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Heard, Hope, Ark.
