Mrs. Bradford, Atlanta Native, Dies Monday

Mrs. Virginia Dickerson Bradford, 59, of Winnfield, died at 4:30 a.m. Monday,
April 24, 1972 in a Winnfield hospital.

A native of Atlanta, La., the deceased was the daughter of the late Mr. and
Mrs. A. Bell of Atlanta, and was a member of the Atlanta Baptist Church.  She
was a bookkeeper and was employed by a Winnfield firm.

Survivors include two sons, James A. Dickerson of Shreveport and Gordon E.
Dickerson of Homer; a daughter, Mrs. J. A. Howell, Jr. of Shreveport; seven
grandchildren, and a nephew, Billy Palmer of Shreveport.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of Southern with
Rev. E. B. Barton officiating.  Burial was in the Garden of Memories,
Winnfield.
