Mrs. Minnie T. Branch

Services for Mrs. Minnie Temple Branch, 88, was held at 2 p.m. Monday,
November 3, at Midway Baptist Church, Rev. Willis Russell and Ardis Smith
officiating.  Burial was in Midway Cemetery.

She died Saturday, November 1 at Jackson Parish Hospital after a lengthy
illness.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Hazel Lawrence, Mrs. Voree Robison,
both of Jonesboro; Mrs. Helen Watts, Beaumont, Texas, Mrs. Laverne Upshaw,
Quitman, La.; two sons, Clarence Branch, Houston, Texas and Waylon Branch of
Shreveport; two sisters, Minta Parker and Leta Parker, both of Gaars Mill,
La.; one brother Cecil Temple of Roseland, La.; 15 grandchildren, 22 great
grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
