Mrs. Ida Brewton Died Suddenly At Her Home, Ward 10

Mrs. Ida Babers Brewton, 85, died unexpectedly at her home in the Brewton
Community, Ward 10, Winn Parish.  She was the widow of the late John L.
Brewton, who passed away on February 24 of this year.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Antioch Methodist Church
with the Rev. C. J. Cotton and Mrs. O____ Anderson officiating.  Burial was in
the church cemetery.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Taylor and Mrs. Vada Taylor, both
of Rt. 1, Goldonna; five sons, Joe, Festus, Ardis, and Stanley Brewton, all fo
Rt. 1, Goldonna, and Olen Brewton of Rt. 3, Winnfield; a sister, Mrs. Della
McConathy of Jonesboro; a brother, Bill Babers of Goldonna; 32 grandchildren
and 19 great grandchildren.
