John S. "Buck" Brewton

Services for John S. "Buck" Brewton were held at 3 p.m. Monday in Antioch
Methodist Church with the Revs. Huey White and Lee Fitzgerald officiating. 
Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Southern, Winnfield.

Brewton, 78, of Goldonna, died at 8:12 a.m. Sunday, January 31, 1988, in St.
Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria.

He was a native of Winn Parish and a member of Goldonna Masonic Lodge and
Antioch Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Kathryn R. Brewton, of Goldonna; two sons, Sonny
Brewton of Goldonna, and Tommy Brewton of Winnfield; one brother, Olen Brewton
of Winnfield and three grandchildren.
