Funeral Services For E. L. Brewton Held Thursday

Funeral services for Edward L. Brewton, 72 year old timberman, were held
Thursday at Sanders Chapel in Goldonna.

Mr. Brewton died Wednesday at his home in Goldonna, and had been ill for four
or five years.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Alice Brewton of Goldonna; three sons, Steven of
Mississippi, Haywood of Houston, and Lavell of Paris, Texas; two daughters,
Mrs. Alford Lee and Mrs. Sam Shehee of Seattle, Washington; one brother,
Walter, of Jena; two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Terral of Mansfield, and Mrs.
Hattie Whitner of Marshall, Texas; and one nephew, L. L. Brewton of Winnfield.

Burial was under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
