Ola Mae Brian Funeral Services Held Wednesday

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Sardis Baptist Church for Miss Ola
Mae Brian, whose death occurred Monday afternoon in a Shreveport hospital.

Services were conducted by Rev. F. M. Shows, pastor of the Sardis Church and
he was assisted by Rev. E. W. Evans and Rev. Vascoe of Shreveport.

The deceased was residing in Shreveport at the time of her death but she was a
member of the Winnfield Baptist Church having joined at an early age.  She was
43 years of age.

Burial was under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home and was in the Sardis
Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Pfc. Herbert Evans, J. C. Brown, Walker Silman,
and Elmer Moffett.
