Mrs. Julia Brown Buried At Mt. Zion Tuesday, April 10

Mrs. Julia P. Brown, 63, a native of the Mt. Zion community, Winn Parish, died
in a Kilgore hospital Sunday.  She had been a resident of Kilgore for 24
years.  She was the former Miss Julia Shaw of Mt. Zion.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Church with the
Rev. Mrs. Lula Wardlow officiating.  Burial was in the church cemetery.

Surviving are two brothers, S. C. Shaw of Colfax and J. L. Shaw of Oil City,
and a number of nieces and nephews.
