Last Rites Held For Mrs. Susan Branch

Mrs. Susan Branch, about 83 years of age, a member of an old family of Winn
Parish, and a member of the Baptist Church, died at the home of a daughter,
Mrs. Elldridge, who resides near Winnsboro.  She had been in ill health for
some time.

Mrs. Branch is survived by the following children: Morgan Branch of Dodson;
Mrs. J. I. Kidd of Sikes; Mrs. Elldridge, Winnsboro; Theodore Branch of
Winnsboro; Ozey Branch of Shreveport; and a number of grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at Harmony Grove Baptist Church at Gaars Mill
Monday afternoon with the Rev. John Kitchingham officiating.
