Bernice H. Brown

Mrs. Bernice Hatten Brown, 59, died Sunday in Fairhope, Ala., after a brief
illness.  She was a native of the Sikes area, and lived in Winnfield prior to
going to Fairhope, Ala.

Last rites were conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the First United Methodist
Church of Fairhope with burial in the Fairhope Memorial Garden.

Surviving are one son, Harry Brown, Jr.; one daughter, Mrs. Robert
Kirkpatrick, both of Fairhope, Ala.; and one brother, Brian Hatten, of
Winnfield; and seven grandchildren.
