James Brown, Sr.

Services for James Brown, Sr., were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of
Winnfield Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Hamms officiating.  Burial was in
Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Montgomery.

Brown, 72, of Winnfield died at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, 1988 in Humana
Hospital-Winn Parish.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah Brown of Winnfield; one son, James Brown,
Jr., of Winnfield; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
