Mrs. Browning, 76, Expires In Jonesboro

Mrs. Mae Browning, 76, of Route 1, Goldonna, died at 12:20 a.m. Friday,
October 27, 1972 in a Jonesboro hospital.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Gail Powers of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Carl
Stewart of Holden, and Mrs. Starling O'Neal of San Francisco, Calif.; two
sisters, Mrs. Tressie Maines of Goldonna and Mrs. L. B. Clary of Quitman; a
brother, Vernon Rowe of Goldonna; five grandchildren and seven great
grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Goldonna Baptist Chruch with
Rev. Dean Hedrick officiating.  Burial was in Goldonna Cemetery under
direction of Southern of Winnfield.
