Mrs. C. A. Buce, 85 Years of Age, Dies At Farmerville, La.

Mrs. C. A. Buce, age 85 years, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. F. F.
Preaus, at Farmerville Thursday, March 12, 1931.  Funeral services were held
at the residence and at the grave.  Interment was made in the Shiloh Cemetery
Friday afternoon, March 13th.  The Rev. Robbins, Baptist Minister, had charge
of the services.  A large number of friends of the family attended the last
rites.

The deceased was a native of Alabama, coming to Louisiana when only four years
of age.  Before her marriage to Mr. C. A. Buce in 1862, she was Miss Cynthia
Harris.  She was a consecrated Christian and a member of the Farmerville
Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, R. W. Buce of Winnfield and J. T. Buce of
Memphis, Tenn., and one daughter, Mrs. F. F. Preaus, of Farmerville.

Mr. and Mrs. Buce of Winnfield attended the funeral services.
