She is survived by four sons, David C. Burnett of Joyce, Grady Burnett of Sikes, La., Harvey Burnett of Liberty, Tx., and James Burnett of Camden, Ark.; four daughters, Mrs. A. B. Jones of West Monroe, Mrs. Willie Frazier of Goldonna, Mrs. Roma Manasco of Lake City, Fla., and Mrs. Walter Avera of Sarepta; two half brothers, Jesse Boyd and Harvey Boyd, both of Ruston; 26 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Friendship Baptist Church near here with Rev. A. L. Bratton officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield. (Note: Mary Lou Boyd Burnett was my maternal grandmother, and at the time of her death she was living with her son and daughter-in-law, Martin Grady Burnett and Lessie Wilson Burnett. Uncle Grady and Aunt Lessie had taken care of my "Mamaw" for her last couple of years, along with Aunt Lessie's mother Letha Bounds.)
